WE PURCHASE OUR SPECIALLY MADE GLUTEN-FREE CRUSTS FROM MARIPOSA BAKING COMPANY.  OUR KITCHEN STAFF TAKES THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT STEPS TO AVOID CROSS-CONTAMINATING GLUTEN-FREE ITEMS WITH WHEAT:

  • Pizza sauce, cheese, and toppings for gluten-free pizzas are stored in a special area away from other food items

  • Gluten-free pizzas are baked on a specially designed raised baking screen so that they won’t come into contact with the cooking surface used for other pizzas

  • Gluten-free pizzas are sliced with a special cutter that is ONLY used for gluten-free pizzas
